I extend the deepest consolation to you on behalf of A Just Russia and on my own behalf on the occasion of the third anniversary of the sudden demise of the great leader of the Korean people Comrade Kim Jong Il, eternal general secretary of the WPK and eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.

Comrade Kim Jong Il was the excellent leader of the Korean people as he inspired and organized their achievements and victories.

Close relations that conform to the spirit of state relations between the DPRK and the Russian Federation have been established between the WPK that had been led by Comrade Kim Jong Il for decades and A Just Russia.

I expect that cooperation between our two countries and between A Just Russia and the WPK will substantially develop in the future, too, in the interests of our two friendly states and peoples.
