The message said the Congolese Party of Labor are remembering the unforgettable feats performed by leader Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, for all the Korean people and progressive mankind on the occasion of the third anniversary of his sudden demise.

The message continued:

Comrade Kim Jong Il, the great leader of the Korean people, who remained unfailingly loyal to the country and its people and the Korean revolution, devoted his whole life to carrying forward and accomplishing the cause of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung.

He, the wise thinker and theoretician, developed and enriched the Songun idea founded by Comrade Kim Il Sung.

The successful embodiment of the Songun idea has made it possible for the DPRK to shatter all moves to isolate and suffocate it.

We are witnessing with joy the Korean people who are dynamically advancing under the unfurled banner of Songun under the leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is carrying forward the revolutionary cause of the great preceding leaders by converting great sorrow into strength and courage.

The Congolese Party of Labor and its members will as ever support the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people in their struggle to carry out the grand plan.

Wishing Kim Jong Un great achievements in the great work to lead the Korean people to the building of a peaceful and thriving nation, the general secretary said that he would like to reaffirm his will to strengthen friendship and solidarity between the two parties and two peoples.
