A ceremony of awarding the state commendations for Juche 103 (2014) took place at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Thursday.

Present there were Kim Yong Nam, Choe Thae Bok, Yang Hyong Sop, Kim Phyong Hae, service personnel, officials and other people who performed great labor feats in building a thriving socialist nation.

Officials of the Cabinet, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, officials of party and administrative organs in Pyongyang and local areas, meritorious persons and labor innovators attended the ceremony as observers.

Order of Kim Il Sung was awarded to Kim Jin Gun, the title of DPRK Labor Hero and gold medal (hammer and sickle) and Order of National Flag First Class to Ri Kwang Il and seven others, Kim Il Sung Prize went to Pak Chang Sik, Kim Jong Il Prize to Kim Myong Sim and Jo Tok Hui, watches bearing the august name of President Kim Il Sung to Ri Chol Su and nine others, citations of supreme leader Kim Jong Un to Jon Cha Gum and 17 others, Kim Il Sung Youth Honor Prize to Ri Kum Song and Kim Jong Il Youth Honor Prize to Kim Jong Chol and five others.

Honorary titles and Order of National Flag First Class were also conferred upon persons of merit.
