The statement said that the decision made by the "constitutional court" of south Korea to disband the Unified Progressive Party on Dec. 19 was a proclamation of the second "yusin" by the daughter of dictator Park Chung-Hee and the beginning of the era of the Park Geun Hye dictatorship.

Overseas Koreans neither recognize Park Geun Hye as "president", and the "Saenuri Party" as a political party nor think there is democracy in south Korea, it noted, and went on:

We extend invariable support and encouragement to the democratic forces and figures of south Korea fighting against the Park Geun Hye dictatorship despite all difficulties and sacrifices.

We will fight against the Park Geun Hye dictatorship by all means and methods.
