Settlement of Issue of Sexual Slavery for Imperial Japanese Army Demanded in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, December 26 (KCNA) -- The Council for the Solution of the Issue of the Volunteers Corps in south Korea held the 1 158th Wednesday rally in front of the Japanese embassy in Seoul on December 24 demanding the Japanese government take a responsible measure for the settlement of the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army, according to KBS of south Korea. The organization denounced Japan for evading the blame for its past crimes and refusing to admit them till now though the public is becoming increasingly vocal demanding the settlement of the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army. It urged the Japanese government to admit the past crimes and make an official apology and legal reparation for them. |
