They included a memorial meeting, photo exhibition and film show in the Czech Republic, Kimjongilia show in China and film show in Thailand from Dec 12 to 17.

On display at the venues of the events were photos documenting the undying exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed were photos and books introducing Songun Korea.

Kimjongilias in full bloom at the venue of the show presented fantastic scenery.

Films shown included the Korean film "Eternal Treasures in Praise of Sun."

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party said in a speech:

At the end of the last century the Korean people rose up with courage despite the vicious moves of the U.S.-led imperialist allied forces to stifle the DPRK and severe natural disasters that lasted for several years. This was entirely ascribable to the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il.

He trained the KPA to be an invincible army, protected the revolutionary gains and laid a solid foundation for building a thriving nation with the KPA as a main force.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is now successfully carrying forward his cause, the revolutionary cause of Songun.

The first chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czech and Moravia praised Kim Jong Il as the great man boundlessly revered by the world progressives.
