The British paper The New Worker on Dec. 12 in an article titled "Kim Jong Il, defender of socialism" praised his ideological and theoretical and leadership feats, distinguished inborn disposition and noble virtues as an illustrious commander.

The Uruguayan paper La Juventud on Dec. 16 said that over the past three years after his demise the Korean people have glorified his idea and feats with invariable loyalty and noble sense of moral obligation for him.

The Mexican paper Unidad Nacional on Dec. 15 noted that the army and people of the DPRK have made achievements to translate into a brilliant reality his plan and desire for building a thriving nation, upholding him as the eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.
