After a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK was read out, honorary titles were awarded to creators and artistes of meritorious services.

Congratulatory messages from the Ministry of Culture of the DPRK and the Phibada Opera Troupe on the same occasion were read out.

Ho Jong Man made a congratulatory speech to be followed by speeches by people's artiste and composer of the Kumgang-san Opera Troupe Jong Sang Jin and merited artiste Kim Myong Hui.

A letter to Marshal Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.

Then followed a congratulatory reception.
