The statement said that the Koreans under the association strongly denounce the U.S. for railroading the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution."

It continued:

The U.S. manipulated its supporters to make the DPRK's "human rights issue" an agenda item at the session of the UN Security Council, defying procedures and regulations of the UN, a clear proof of its political attempt to use "human rights" as a means for invasion.

The "resolution" carried such poisonous content of taking into account the issue of bringing the "human rights issue" to the International Criminal Court, a product of the U.S. despicable policy of hostility toward the DPRK.

The U.S. will face a day of pricking its own eyes as it increases the danger of a war through extreme hostile policy.

Those countries which were manipulated to ram the "resolution" through the UN should come to their senses and remember the saying curses come home to roost.

The Koreans under the association will foil the hostile forces' reckless "human rights" racket in the world eyes.
