The message rejoiced over many successes achieved by the party in the work for national reconciliation and unity, socio-political stability and economic development of the country for the past 45 years since its foundation.

Expressing belief that the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties would continue to develop on good terms in the future, too, the message wished the Congolese Party of Labour greater success in its work for strengthening the party and achieving prosperity of the country.
