The letter said:

Holding Kim Jong Un in high esteem as the supreme commander of the KPA marked a great auspicious event of national significance for the Korean people and the service personnel and a historic event of epochal significance in the Juche-based cause of army building and the development of the Korean revolution.

As Kim Jong Un assumed the supreme commandership of the KPA, our country has won one victory after another in the unheard-of fierce all-out confrontation with U.S. imperialism and demonstrated its might as a political, ideological and military power, remaining unfazed by any storm and stress.

Kim Jong Un is the supreme leader of the revolutionary cause of Juche and the great sun of the Korean nation whom all the service personnel and people are holding in high esteem with all hearts.

The letter reiterated the resolution to rally broad masses of Koreans in China around the general association under the banner of patriotism and build it into an overseas citizens' organization of Juche Korea strong in Juche character and national character and conducting a dynamic reunification patriotic movement.
