The message said:

I am pleased to extend my fraternal greetings to Your Excellency and all the people of the DPRK, a beautiful country, on the occasion of the New Year 2015.

Our two countries have developed the good relations of friendship and cooperation in various fields of social life and shared views in international issues, too, for the past several decades.

They advanced the grandiose nation-building goals to be handed over to posterity and are waging a dynamic struggle for attaining them.

The message expressed belief that the bilateral cooperative relations would grow stronger not only in the political field but in the economic, cultural, educational and technological fields to bring about brisk exchange in the new year, developing the traditional friendly relations onto a new higher stage.

It sincerely wished Kim Jong Un and all the people of the DPRK happiness and prosperity in the New Year 2015.
