The letter said last year was the one of proud leap forward during which the Korean people invariably held Kim Jong Un in high esteem as supreme leader of the party, state and army and fully demonstrated their stamina in the general drive for the final victory along the road indicated by him.

Very busy as he was with state affairs, he showed warm fatherly love for Koreans in China, it noted.

Dealing with successes made by the general association last year in the patriotic work, it said all successes are ascribable to the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un over the movement of Koreans in China and efforts made by them to remain loyal to his leadership, rallied close around the general association.

All the officials of the general association and Koreans in China will turn out as one in the patriotic work for the prosperity of the country and its reunification, keeping pace with the people in the homeland who are dynamically advancing toward the final victory, true to the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Un in the hopeful new year marking the 70th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation, it noted.
