New Year's Cards Gaining Popularity in DPRK

| Pyongyang, January 1 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Greeting Card and Souvenir Shop has been crowded with customers on the New Year's Day, Juche 104 (2015). Most of them are youths and schoolchildren as well as kindergarteners. An Yun Ok, a saleswoman of the shop, told KCNA that 15 kinds of New Year's cards were issued and they are carrying photos of the People's Open-air Ice Rink, Masikryong Ski Resort, Mirim Riding Club, etc. New Year's cards were distributed to bookshops in different parts of the country. |
