They included celebration meetings, book and photo exhibitions and film shows in Cuba, Sweden and Switzerland.

On display at the venues of the events were photos documenting the undying exploits of the peerless great men of Mt. Paektu.

Also displayed there were books and photos introducing Songun Korea.

Films shown included the Korean film "Arms of Korea."

Juan Jose Leon Vega, first vice-chairman of the Cuban Committee for Supporting the Reunification of Korea, referred to the revolutionary careers of Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Suk and sincerely hoped that the Korean people would certainly reunify the country under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

Christer Lundgren, chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association, in a speech fully supported the Korean people in their efforts to develop economy and bolster up defence capability under the guidance of Kim Jong Un.

Martin Lotscher, chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee, expressed conviction that the service personnel and people of the DPRK would register bigger successes in their drive for building a thriving nation under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.
