The New Year address recalls the passion I felt when receiving his order "Forward to the Final Victory!" in the military parade held on the occasion of the birth centenary of President Kim Il Sung.

It greatly encourages all the servicepersons to take the lead in the general advance for the final victory in the revolutionary spirit of Paektu, the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu.

As clarified in the New Year address, we will carry out to the letter the four-point strategic line and three major tasks for increasing military strength to maintain full combat readiness and be a pioneer and example in the struggle to implement the ideas of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and safeguard its policies.
