Advanced Sapling Production Method Established

| Pyongyang, January 6 (KCNA) -- The Central Tree Nursery under the DPRK Ministry of Land and Environment Protection has established a new method of producing humus-potted saplings. According to Pak Tong Rim, chief engineer of the Nursery, this method is very effective for raising the rate of rooting and productivity of saplings. The nursery smoothly settled a lot of technical problems arising in the development of substrate, which is essential to the method. The new method helps put the sapling production on a scientific, industrial and intensive basis, raising the rate of rooting up to 95 percent. |
