The editorial recalled that Sin Chang Hyon, chairman of the Inchon City Committee of the disbanded UPP, has demonstrated against the decision outside the building of the "constitutional court" since Dec. 31 last year.

Noting that Sin has denounced the "constitutional court" for branding him as a man related to the attempted rebellion case under a false excuse and urged it to make an apology for the wrong charge, the editorial termed his claim just.

The decision made by the "constitutional court" on the dissolution of the UPP has dozens of mistakes and this is an intentional distortion of truth, it added.
