The statement said:

The U.S. is kicking off brigandish provocations while trumpeting about "additional sanctions".

The south Korean authorities announced they would stage north-targeted war maneuvers in league with foreign forces and are kicking off confrontation racket while prodding human scum into scattering leaflets insulting the dignity and social system of the DPRK.

All the members of the Zhongnan Regional Association of the General Association of Koreans in China bitterly denounce the moves of the anti-reunification forces at home and abroad including the U.S. for deliberately coiling up tension while clinging to provocations and war games infringing upon the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK.

If the south Korean authorities truly hope for successes of dialogue for genuine harmony, they should stop at once the moves for confrontation of systems including provocative war exercises against fellow countrymen, anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign and dropping of anti-DPRK leaflets.

All Koreans can open up a broad avenue to independent reunification only when they join efforts as clarified by Kim Jong Un in his New Year address.

We Koreans in China will take the lead in the drive for national reunification this year, including the work to strengthen solidarity and alliance with the compatriots in the north and the south and pool intention and efforts by keeping alive the tradition of the June 15 era.
