It says that Mangyongdae Revolutionary School and Kang Pan Sok Revolutionary School are revolutionary schools founded and developed by the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu and the training centre of the backbone that will succeed to the Songun revolution and deals with the responsibility and duty of the revolutionary schools.
