The editorial accused the authorities of arresting Hwang Son, representative of the Forum for the Study of Politics Desired, on the charge of violating the "Security Law".

The conservative forces branded the lecture given by Hwang as a great danger to security, it said, adding this suppression was aimed to mislead public opinion.

It deplored that everyone is being branded as "follower of the north" and "criminal" on the strength of the "Security Law".

The editorial derided the chief executive who is becoming evermore undisguised in pulling the wool over the people's eyes, talking about the "freedom of expression."
