The statement on Monday accused the "Alliance for the Movement of Free North", an organization of "defectors from the north," of scattering leaflets against the DPRK, together with the U.S. "human rights foundation".

It said that the dozens of U.S. human rights tricksters scattered leaflets in south Korea.

The U.S. is trying to scatter leaflets by drones next time, it said, adding that it is as clear as noonday that if drones fly to the north, what would happen.

The north-targeted leaflet scattering at the time when an atmosphere of south-north dialogue is being created proves an attempt to harass dialogue, the statement said, and went on:

The south Korean authorities should not make honeyed words but take sincere steps for south-north dialogue and strongly protest against the U.S. government over the recent leaflet scattering.

The statement urged the organization of "defectors from the north" and the U.S. to stop at once the leaflet scattering which bedevils south-north relations and increases the danger of war.
