Please accept the most heartfelt and warmest congratulations to HE Marshal Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, who made a historic New Year address on Jan. 1, 2015.

In his address Kim Jong Un said 2015 is a very significant year of marking the 70th anniversaries of national liberation and founding of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

Highly appreciating the WPK and the Korean people for scoring signal successes in the revolution and construction last year, we believe that they will successfully carry out the tasks set forth in the New Year address.

We hope that they will remove the danger of war, ease tension and create a peaceful climate on the Korean peninsula and thus reunify Korea under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.
