Koreans in China Supports Appeal of Joint Meeting of DPRK Government, Political Parties and Organizations

Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Zhongnan Regional Association of the General Association of Koreans in China released a statement on Thursday in support of the appeal to all Koreans adopted at a joint meeting of the government, political parties and organizations of the DPRK.

The appeal is a very just and timely step as it reflects the desire of fellow countrymen for reunification and the demand of the times, the statement said, and went on:

Koreans in China will wage a more dynamic struggle to open up a broad avenue to independent reunification.

They strongly condemn the unreasonable interference and aggression moves of the U.S.-led outsiders alienating the Korean nation, fanning up confrontation and blocking the way of Korea's reunification.

They strongly demand once again the south Korean "government" unconditionally stop joint military exercises with foreign forces which bar the north-south relations from being mended and bring nuclear disaster to the nation.
