Kim Jong Il's Birth Anniversary to Be Celebrated in Slovenia

| Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) -- A Slovenian preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed in Ljubljana on January 19. Igor Jurisic, chairman of the Slovenia-Korea Friendship Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee set the celebration period from Jan. 19 to Feb. 18 and decided to hold political and cultural events praising the exploits of Kim Jong Il during the period. |
