Kim Jong Il's Birth Anniversary to Be Celebrated in Poland

| Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) -- A Polish preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed in Warsaw on January 20. Slaboy January Guzowski, chairman of the Central Committee of the Poland-Korea Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold political and cultural events praising the feats of Kim Jong Il and widely introduce the true picture of Songun Korea on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star. |
