Kim Jong Il's Birth Anniversary to Be Celebrated in Uganda

| Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) -- A Ugandan preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed on January 19. Henri Masico, department director of the Presidency of Uganda, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold political and cultural events praising the noble career and exploits of Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star. |
