The meeting discussed the issue of implementing to the letter the important tasks set forth by Marshal Kim Jong Un in his New Year address for Juche 104 (2015).

Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the C.C., the youth league, made a report to be followed by speeches.

The reporter and speakers said that the New Year address served as a banner giving the conviction of the bright future of the powerful Paektusan nation and an important guideline as it clearly indicated the tasks and ways of glorifying this significant year as a year of the great victory, a year of revolutionary, auspicious events.

They underscored the need for the youth league organizations to channel their efforts into the work of the youth league to further increase the invincible might of the socialist political and ideological power in hearty response to the New Year address.

They said that the officials of the youth league and school youth and children should devote themselves to the work to hold President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in high esteem with loyalty and successfully spruce up the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun as the eternal sacred temple of the sun and devotedly defend it.

They stressed the need to successfully discharge the honorable mission and duty as the young vanguard in the era of Songun in the on-going general offensive toward the grand festival of significant October, rallied close around Kim Jong Un.

The meeting was attended by members of the C.C., the youth league and its officials in Pyongyang and local areas.
