The Hyesan Youth Mine increased its output 50 percent over the same period of last year.

The mine carried out 80 percent of its monthly tunneling quota in the first seven days of the new year. It has been operating dressing plant at full capacity to raise the actual concentration rate.

The Tongam Mine is boosting the production of apatite concentrate by applying advanced blasting method and raising the operational rate of mining machines. It has carried out daily quota at 110 percent.

Meanwhile, production of mining machines is put on a normal basis.

The Jonchon Rock-drill Factory has hit daily target after introducing lots of technological innovations.
