He talked rubbish that nuclear weapons of the north are a cancer-like factor of bedeviling south-north relations and disturbing peace in Northeast Asia and one cannot talk about peaceful unification unless the issue of denuclearization of the north is settled.

The Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea in its information bulletin No. 1083 on Thursday termed it a ridiculous one made by a dolt not knowing the elementary common knowledge about the issue of the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.

The above-said issue was spawned because the south Korean authorities introduced lots of nuclear weapons of the U.S. into south Korea, turned it into the biggest nuclear arsenal in the world and constantly threatened and blackmailed the DPRK through nuclear war exercises, the information bulletin said, and went on:

The cancer-like factor of gravely threatening the peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in the region is the nukes of the U.S. and the north-targeted nuclear war drills staged by the south Korean authorities together with the U.S.

These nuclear arch criminals and provokers are finding fault with the DPRK over its nukes. This is a shameless behavior just like a thief crying "Stop the thief!" as it misinterprets the essence of the above-said issue, deceives and mocks at the public opinion at home and abroad.

The south Korean authorities, before talking about the north's nukes, should call into question the U.S. nukes bringing the grave danger of a nuclear war to the Korean peninsula and threatening the peace in Northeast Asia and the rest of the world, and repent of and apologize for the frantic nuclear war exercises targeting the north they conducted with foreign forces.

They should withdraw the U.S. nuclear weapons and aggression forces from south Korea and stop at once the moves for a nuclear war against the north before trumpeting about the north's "dismantlement" of nuclear weapons.
