Displayed at the venue of the meeting were photos dealing with feats performed by Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Films shown included Korean film "The Tower of the Juche Idea".

The acting secretary of the Yangon Regional Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar said that Kim Jong Il was a prominent leader and father of the people who devoted all his life to the happiness of the people, the prosperity of the country, the world peace, security and independence.

The party will positively learn from the experience gained by the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people in building an economic giant while firmly protecting the sovereignty and dignity of the country, and strive to boost the relations between the two parties, the acting secretary noted.

Ahmed Blaza Lawan, chairman of the Nigerian Group for the Study of the Songun Politics, referred to the Songun leadership feats of Kim Jong Il, adding:

The validity and vitality of Songun politics are being proved more clearly as the days go by.

It has become a trend of the times to learn from Songun politics.

Kim Jong Il was the most experienced political elder who steered the world politics.
