This submarine entered the base under the pretext of cooking up a submarine command of the south Korean military authorities. It is planning to conduct joint military exercises with submarines of the south Korean navy for three days from February 5.

From the outset of the year the U.S. sent an Aegis destroyer to the East and West seas of Korea for madcap war exercises against the north. The U.S. is openly revealing its attempt at preemptive attack on the DPRK with nuclear submarines involved.

This is a dangerous war scenario as it is aimed to egg the south Korean authorities on to chill the atmosphere for mending the north-south relations with gruesome saber-rattling.
