Chong Chingchi, manager of the Dombo Enterprise Company of Malaysia, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The preparatory committee decided to widely introduce the sacred revolutionary career and immortal exploits of Kim Jong Il and the reality of the DPRK dynamically advancing under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un and arrange colorful political and cultural events including meeting and seminar in the period from January 28 to February 16.
