S. Korean Supreme Court Accused of Covering Up Truth behind Fraud
Pyongyang, February 3 (KCNA) -- The Supreme Court of south Korea on Jan. 29 declared Kim Yong Phan, former chief of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, not guilty though he took the lead in covering up the truth behind the interference in the election.

During the "presidential election" in 2012 the regime mobilized the Intelligence Service (IS) and other power bodies and even the military for red herring in a bid to get the candidate from the "Saenuri Party" elected.

At that time a woman agent of the IS was found out while posting on website an article slandering a candidate from an opposition party at a hotel in Seoul. The truth about the interference began to be disclosed with this case as a momentum.

The mounting public criticism compelled the regime to start an investigation for mere form's sake, but Kim Yong Phan obstructed it in every way.

He pressed not only the shelving of the application of warrant for search against the woman agent but playing down of investigation.

When evidence proving her wrongdoings was found, he instructed the destruction of it and announcement of false results of intermediary investigation.

Nevertheless, the Supreme Court passed a decision of not guilty upon Kim Yong Phan, claiming "his crime could not be verified".
