It is the sinister intention of Japan that it should possess nuclear weapons without fail in a bid to wipe away the shame of defeat and realize its old ambition for the "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere".

The Japanese reactionaries are seeking to realize their militarist ambition for overseas expansion without fail by brandishing nuclear weapons and provoking wars of reinvasion.
