The message said that the summit marked a significant occasion in demonstrating once again the efforts of the African countries to accelerate the process for the continental integration and meet the regional and world challenges as required by the developing times.

Reiterating the stand of the DPRK to steadily develop the traditional friendly and cooperative relations with the African countries, the message wished the African Union big progress in the work for the unity, development, peace and prosperity of the African continent.
