Rodong Sinmun Friday says in an article in this regard:

It is sophism that the south Korean puppet group claimed "there is neither legal ground nor regulation to check" the said leaflet scattering.

If the south Korean authorities have the will to mend the inter-Korean relations, they can certainly block the leaflet scattering operations.

However, they are evading their blame for it while talking about "freedom of expression" now that the inter-Korean relations are in the grip of a serious crisis.

Emboldened by this, human scum are getting more frantic with those operations with the backing of the U.S. despite domestic and foreign public denunciation.

The reality goes to prove that the puppet group of traitors is to blame for pushing the inter-Korean relations to a catastrophe again as it is keen on the racket for confrontation with compatriots including anti-DPRK leaflet scattering.

It is a daydream to try to do harm to the invincible DPRK through despicable leaflet-scattering operations as all its service personnel and people are single-mindedly united.

As already declared, the DPRK will never pardon maniacs hurting the dignity and social system of the DPRK but mercilessly punish them.
