The north, the south and overseas headquarters of Pomminryon in the joint resolution called for holding high the slogan "Let the whole nation join efforts to open up a broad avenue to independent reunification in this year of the 70th anniversary of national liberation!", and said:

1. Pomminryon will launch a nationwide movement for reunification by firmly joining hands with Koreans of different social standings at home and abroad to glorify 2015 as a year of general offensive to be specially recorded in the history of the nation, a year of drastic turn and a year of great victory.

Pomminryon will imbue Koreans from all walks of life with the strong spirit of self-esteem, Korean nation-first spirit that the nation should be given top priority and nothing is impossible for Koreans when they pool their strength and wisdom, and dynamically promote the great national unity under the banner of By Our Nation Itself.

2. Pomminryon will invariably hold aloft the July 4 joint statement, the historic June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, common charter of the nation and great programmes for reunification, as the lifeline for independent reunification.

It will make efforts to ensure that a national joint event involving Koreans from all walks of life in the north and the south and overseas may be held on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the June 15 joint declaration and the 70th anniversary of national liberation and make it a nationwide rally for reunification promoting the great national unity in name and reality.

3. Pomminryon will conduct energetic activities to create favorable environment and climate for mending the north-south relations.

In particular, it will resolutely check all confrontation moves such as campaigns for infringing upon the other side's dignity and system and slandering them, "human rights" racket and leaflet scattering obstructive to the improvement of the inter-Korean relations and work hard to make the "May 24 steps" lifted.

4. Pomminryon will exert every effort to oppose war and create peaceful environment.

For the present, it will wage a struggle to check Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises, intensify the actions for the withdrawal of the U.S. forces and decisively reject foreign forces' interference in the internal affairs of the Korean nation.

5. Pomminryon will strongly counter the fascist crackdown upon the pro-reunification patriotic forces and resolutely hold in check the attempt to forcibly dissolve the South Headquarters of Pomminryon by branding it as "an illegal organization" and "enemy-benefiting organization".

And it will strive hard to the last for the repeal of the anti-national, anti-reunification and anti-human rights laws including the "Security Law" and the release of all pro-reunification patriotic figures including the unreasonably arrested members of the South Headquarters of Pomminryon.
