Displayed at the venues of the events were photos showing his revolutionary career and undying exploits.

Also on show were works of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un, photos and books introducing Songun Korea and handicrafts associated with the wisdom and talents of Koreans.

The curator of the Kozloduy City Cultural House in Bulgaria made the following address:

I am pleased to see the achievements made by the Korean people in all fields at the DPRK photo, book and handicrafts exhibition.

I hope the exhibition will contribute to deepening the friendship between the peoples of the two countries and boosting cultural exchange and cooperation.

The director of the Art and Cultural Council of the Ministry of Federal Capital Territory in Nigeria said:

Kim Jong Il devoted himself to instilling the spirit of national self-esteem into the Korean people.

He increased the military strength in every way against the vicious anti-DPRK maneuvers of the imperialist allied forces, holding high the banner of Songun, and thus prevented a nuclear war on the Korean peninsula and defended the destiny of the whole Korean nation.

He resolutely foiled the U.S. high-handed and arbitrary practices.
