Pyongyang, February 10 (KCNA) -- The U.S. waged a germ warfare during the 1950-1953 Korean War in flagrant violation of international laws and regulations. According to confidential documents of the puppet Syngman Rhee's "government" the Korean People's Army seized after liberating Seoul, the U.S. secretly pushed ahead with preparations for a germ warfare before invading the DPRK and a large number of germ weapons was produced in Japan, as ordered by MacArthur, commander of the U.S. Forces in the Far East. As regards the germ warfare launched by the U.S., TASS of the Soviet Union disclosed that the U.S. army built some 10 prisons and used many Korean patriots as guinea-pigs in experiments on biological weapons. At that time, it had been also reported that the U.S. produced 16 kinds of germ weapons and tested them against POWs in Koje Island. In January 1952, two American airmen were brought down to be captured when dropping germ bombs in the area of Anju. They confessed that the U.S. government had planned from long ago to wage a germ warfare in the Korean war, made full preparations for it and used germ weapons in an organized manner. They said they received intensive trainings on germ warfare from August 1951. The germ warfare planned and waged by the U.S. cannibals was a heinous inhuman crime aiming at massacring the Korean nation from A to Z. |
