DPRK Opens Internet Homepage "Korean Dishes"

| Pyongyang, February 10 (KCNA) -- The Sojae Cooking Information Exchange Company under the Korean Association of Cooks has recently opened internet homepage "Korean Dishes", which is aimed to introduce the DPRK's food culture and the Association's activities and promote the exchange and cooperation with other countries in cookery. The homepage shows various dishes, books and magazines on them and data on food culture as well as catering service establishments. It carries photo- and video-accompanied cookeries of more than 3 000 dishes from book "Complete Collection of Korean Dishes" (10 volumes in total), divided into 10-odd sections such as staple food, traditional dishes, feast dishes and dishes for tourists.
