The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea learned in detail about issues in building those modern production processes and took important measures.

Builders and officials and their helpers wound up in a short span of time the project equivalent to construction of a huge factory.

Designers of the Nonferrous Metal Designing Institute, teachers at Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry and scientists at the Hamhung Branch of the State Academy of Sciences together with the technicians of the smeltery, settled in time sci-technological problems in designing and project and completed the synthetic plastic process of Korean style.

The WPK Central Committee sent a message of thanks to the builders, officials and their helpers in recognition of their labor feats performed in the construction.
