New Books on Food Culture Published

Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) -- The Korean Association of Cooks has recently brought out new books on food culture helpful to culinary experts and housewives. According to Hwang Myong Chol, section chief of the Association, the books tell about how to process various kinds of foodstuff and cook different dishes and about common sense related to the food culture. They also deal with a variety of health foods and other foodstuffs and their effect on human health as well as matters arising in the development of food culture. |
