It was quite natural for the patriotic and progressive organizations and figures of south Korea to have conducted positive activities for national reunification as they have been exposed to the danger of war posed by outsiders who had imposed the tragedy of national division for a long time, the article says, and goes on:

The "Security Law" which the south Korean authorities have zealously invoked is an anti-reunification and confrontational law that violates human rights by branding the fellow countrymen in the north as "an anti-state organization" and pro-reunification and democratic forces as "enemy-benefiting organization following the north" and "forces keen on bringing down the social system."

The south Korean authorities are set to render the SL more fascist in a bid to clamp down on the pro-reunification and democratic forces by linking them with the north. This is a blatant challenge and provocation to the DPRK.

The inter-Korean relations are plunging into a catastrophe, far from heading for dialogue. This is attributable to the south Korean authorities' fascist racket for eliminating the "forces following the north" and their fascist suppression on charges of violation of the SL.

It is imperative to put an unconditional end to the reckless acts of the south Korean puppet forces to revive "yusin" dictatorship and intensify the suppression of the reunification movement in order to achieve the national reconciliation and unity and improve the north-south relations.

The south Korean authorities' loud talk about "dialogue" and "improvement of the relations" between the north and the south while getting zealous in suppressing organizations and personages of all social standings struggling for social democracy and reunification of the country is nothing but an empty talk.
