The book contains 320 works created by 160 schoolchildren, including children's song "Multi-color Fireworks on Jong Il Peak", children's poem "We Will Become Army of Marshal" and lyric poem "Yearning for General".

The works praised the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu for devoting themselves to the future of the country while putting forward the children as the king of the country.

They said that the schoolchildren in the DPRK are the happiest in the world as they are growing cheerfully under the care of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Reflected in the book is the firm pledge of schoolchildren who will grow stoutly to be reliable successors to the revolutionary cause of Songun by learning harder, bearing in mind the great solicitude of the Marshal.

The book introduces the schoolchildren who created writings and deals with the motive of their creative work and comments on them.
