Helicopters Carry Gifts to Pupils, Children on Islets in West Sea

Pyongyang, February 15 (KCNA) -- Pupils of primary schools and children of kindergartens and nurseries across the country received gifts associated with the benevolence of the Workers' Party of Korea, the mother party, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il.

Helicopters flew to islets in the West Sea of Korea on Feb. 15 with gifts for pupils and children residing there.

Under the care of the party helicopters flew to the islets as thick ice prevented sea voyage.

Those islets included So, Sok, Jamae, Suun, Ka, Taehwa, Rap, Ae and Than.

Seeing their children excited with happiness, the residents on the islets renewed their pledges to remain loyal to Marshal Kim Jong Un who is protecting and blooming the future of the country.
