The organization said the favorite climate of mending the inter-Korean relations was created at the beginning of the year but the U.S. vitiated it by imposing sanctions on the north and insisting on "dismantlement of nukes by the north first".

It denounced the U.S. for working hard to make a fait accompli the deployment of THAAD in south Korea.

It disclosed that this is attributable to the U.S. sinister intention for hegemony in Northeast Asia.

Saying that the authorities should put an end to the history of the confrontation between the south and the north and advance to the national reunification, the organization called on them to turn out in pursuing the independent south-north relations undeterred by the pressure of the foreign forces.
