The message extended the warmest congratulations and greeting to Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on his own behalf and on behalf of the government and people of Uganda on the occasion the 73rd birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il, the great leader of the Korean people.

Kim Jong Il turned the DPRK into a powerful country in which all people are united through his devoted services for the people and achieved the great change in the development of social economy, it said.

The message hoped that the good bilateral relations with the government and people of the DPRK will continue to develop, highly appreciating the career and great exploits of Kim Jong Il.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and the Korean people prosperity.
