The work, published on Dec. 25, Juche 84 (1995), deals with the idea that respecting the forerunners of the revolution is a requirement of the revolution and indicates the principled matters arising in establishing the moral trait of respecting the forerunners of the revolution and in developing the noble moral obligation among people.

A book releasing ceremony took place at Mongolian University for Study of International Affairs on February 12.
