DPRK Slogans Supported by British Organizations

Pyongyang, February 21 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and Korean Friendship Association UK on February 12 made public a joint statement in support of the joint slogans set forth by the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea on the occasion of the 70th anniversaries of the liberation of Korea and the founding of the WPK.

The statement said:

The 70th anniversaries of the liberation of Korea and the founding of the WPK are very significant ones for the DPRK.

Under the guidance of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, iron-willed brilliant commander, the Korean people put an end to the colonial rule by the Japanese imperialists and achieved national independence 70 years ago.

The invincible WPK, guiding force of the Korean people and organizer, was founded the year Korea was liberated.

The joint slogans reflecting the revolutionary and militant spirit will give great courage to the Korean people and the world revolutionary and progressive people and deal heavy blows to the imperialists dreaming of "collapse" and "change of regime" in the DPRK.

We fully support the joint slogans of the WPK Central Committee and Central Military Commission and sincerely hope that DPRK will achieve great change in the building of a thriving nation this significant year.
